Medication Management Service

How the MedReady medication management service works:

• A locked medicine tray holding up to 28 doses can be loaded into the MedReady. As many as four doses per day can be dispensed.
• At the predetermined dose time the machine will audibly or visually alert the client that their medicine is available.
• The client has the option of a high-frequency or low-frequency alert tone - or, for the hearing impaired, a flashing strobe can be attached to the unit.
• Unit will sound the alarm for 30 minutes as it waits for the client to lift the lid to the tray and reveal the correct dose. If the client does not lift the lid within the time window, our Care Center will call the client's home to remind them. If the client doesn't answer, we then notify responders.
• A battery backup provides alternate power for up to 72 hours making the MedReady easy to transport from one location to another.
